My soon to be husband and I have a 3 year old daughter together and me and her are American citizens. My fiance Humberto is being deported back to Cuba on the 5th of September, 2012 and I filed a extreme hardship but I get no response from anyone. Also I just found out that there is a Cholora outbreak in Cuba right now and he already suffers from medicals conditions that need medical treatments.Why are they allowing the U.S. to deport people back to a country with an epidemic that Cuba doesn't have the capacity to give medical treatment or means of medical supplies to help their own citizens needless a shipment of Cubans from the U.S.?
