I have najor dental work to be done. I am interested in going to Havana to have it doen. I hear Cuban Docters and dentists are excellant. The price here in Canada is too expensive. Please confirm if my parents, which are Rumanian citizens with a valid passport living in Canada with a Canadian landing immigrants visa, could obtain the tourist card in the airport like the I do as a Canadian citizen? If not, what is the fastest process to get their visa for a last minute Cuba vacation?
