I was just in Moron, Cuba and received some information about what I needed to marry my fiancé there. I do not understand what my doctor needs for the 'Certificado Medico Internacional'? Also what letter/information can I provide that will prove that I am single?

I have plan to go 1 week vacation for Cuba so i want ask some questions before i go.
I am living in canada and i want go with Canadian travel documents ( blue color ) and permanent resident card . I want to know do i need visa or not?
Also my wife and my son have norwegian passport , they need visa too ? I believe they don't need it so i want make sure.
