Why Cuba ? Matter of fact , cuban health care system is the best. How to get in the? You must go to any of your nearest hospital when the year starts befor its too late.. Make sure that you have nothin less than 70% on your Maths and Physics , but if you are lucky.. You can be addited with your 60's % kid.
