The above mentioned cuban citizen was placed at the IDT offices in Polokwane as part of the Cuban Technical Advisory programme. His contract expired last year in september. Instead of him returning home he absconded, he is seen around the city and is reportedly in a bad shape.Can you kindly rescue this man and send him home to his family. I am sure his VISA had expired.
