As part of group I am tourist on Cruise in month of June visiting Cuba Island for 2-3 days .Have India Passport but with USA Green Card.Can I get visa on arrival? Do I have to apply Medical Insurance?HOw much minimum Currency requirement to enter in Cuba?

i was book a flight ticket aeroflot airlines connecting cayman airlines .
delhi to cuba (havana).after connecting to cayman islands.
