I am Filipino passport holder would like to apply for a Cuba visa. The Cuba Consulate here in Manila have referred me to your embassy in Malaysia. How do I go about this if you process the Cuba visa in Malaysia and how long is the processing and what requirements that we have to submit to you. I would appreciate also how much you will be charging. Thanks!

Singaporean visiting Cuba for 2 weeks during February 2012 next year
I am a 57-year old Singaporean who has retired in Bali. I have travelled vastly in las Americas. I have done the Carribean many times. I plan to do Cuba on my own from Cancun. Should I get my visa in Kuala Lumpur, where I go quite often to visit my sister? How long does it take for me to get my visa. Or should I get it in Jakarta?
