I am a graduate in mechanical engineer and economics and management. I have experience in air conditioning, graphic arts and the hospitaity industry.
My interest in Cuba is in the tourism and manufacturing industries. I would like to know about laws and regulations governing those industries and the utilities rate, among other things
I have made plans to visit Cuba with my son in July 2015.
