am a jamaican who is dying to stydy in cuba how do i get the scholarship?
I am Belizean.Recently working as a special Ed.teacher. i have heared about scholarships offered to study special education. I would really appriciate information about it. I wnat to know if any scholarship will be opened for the 2012-2013 academic year.
