If my wife is cuban can I go visit my family in cuba and what are the requirements?
Yes it is possible as long as she is legal resident. This birth certificate can be requested at the cuban embassy depending in what state you are.

My wife was born in Havana in 1955, then moved to the United States.
Is it possible to obtain a Birth Certificate from the City or Country?
