I would be grateful if you would inform me about the requirements for the student visa as soon as possible. As the Cuban embassy is closed in Damascus, I have to apply from Lebanon. Is it possible?
Thanks

Dear Sirs,
I ask if they could have been required to take the securities on the Visa
