Have a very serious diabetic foot problem. It has not been cured after traditional treatment at three hospitals. I was advised by my doctors to go to Cuba for a treatment with Heberprot-P. There are not very serious institutions here which use it, thinking that it is expensive. It is urgent. There iscthe risk of loosing a leg.
Iam a professor, so I have a special passport. I think I do not need a visa. Please send me info about it, including the costs. Gracias.

Hello,i was born in cuba but i don't have a cuban passport and i don't have a cuban citizenship. All i have is a piece of paper from cuban hospital of Ramon Gonzales with my name on it and my georgian passport where my place of birth is written-Havana. please help me to get cuban passport.thanks a lot.
