My cousin brother has expired in Croatia & I need to urgently fly to Croatia to attend his Funeral. Can you let me know if I can apply & get a Tatkal Visa asap and what will be the validity of the same.

You can't apply for visa in the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in another country except India., unless you have a permanent residence permit citizenship
The embassy entitled to issue visas to the citizens of SAARC countries is the Croatian Embassy in New Delhi.

It is important to know:
- waiting time for isuance visa is depends of request type
(approximately 5 to 10 working days)
- the minimal amount of money - for every day/person 50 euro
- visa fee is 60 euro
Strangers shall enclose the following documents with the application:
- valid travel document (with residence in the Republic of Serbia or
with a document that confirms the application of stay)
- the period of validity of the travel document should exceed that of
the visa's by three months
- travel document must be issued in the previous 10 years
- travel document must contain at least two empty pages
- colour photo 35x45 mm
- evidence of travel and health insurance
Supporting documents that prove:
- the purpose of the stay in Croatia (original invitation letter or
reservation in hotel...)
- ensured accommodation,
- means of subsistence to cover their stay in the Republic of Croatia
and the return to their country of origin or to a third country
- means of transport and their intention to return to their country of
origin or to a third country (travel tickets ...)

I will be visiting Budapest (from India) on a single entry Schengen visa in August 2015. After that I wish to go to Zagreb and then fly out to India from there. Do I need to apply separately for a Croatian visa or will my single-entry Schengen visa suffice?
