Whenever working on any government papers we expect to have some unespected issues, ofter we feel lack of customer service from officials.
However, during the process of applying for the citizenship, I have received great customer service from Nino at Croation Consulate in Mississauga. He approached the matter with solution in mind and willingness to help.

Htjeo sam samo Vas upitati sto be mi odnosno moja familija trebali da dobimo Hrvatsku putovnicu ? Djeca nisu rodjena Hrvatskoj (sin 29 godina star, kcerka 27 godina stara) a ja i moja supruga rodjeni smo u Hrvatskoj.
