Can someone help me how we can get LEGAL CAPACITY. Me and my bf from croatia are planning to married this coming march 2019 here in phillippines,where can we get legal capacity? And i have one question,
*Legal capacity and certificate of no impediment to marriage is the same???and what are the requirements that he need to bring
