Requesting a visit visa for a business meeting
Dear Sirs,
I am a Lebanese national living & working in Bucharest, Romania. I hold a valid residency permit from the Romanian authorities as well. I would like to enquire about the possibility to get a visa to Zaghreb Fair '11 to attend a business meeting there. I intend to travel on the 16th - 18th of september '11. I can even provide an invitation from my business partner there. Is there a possibility to get a Visa on time? And if there is what are the requirements needed from me to apply for a Visa request?
Moreover, I apologize for the short notice and I fully understand if you could not grant me a Visa on time.
Thanking you in advance for your kind reply and assistance.
Best regards,

Wissam E. Abboud
