I am Lebanese and I am applying for a Schengen visa through the Italian embassy. I will be traveling to Croatia first then Italy and I will be using my Schengen to enter Croatia first. Is there any problem if the first destination is Croatia using my Italian Schengen visa? I called the Italian embassy and they told me to talk to the Croatian embassy to see if there is any problem. I will staying 3 days in Croatia and 5 days in Italy.
If it is okay, how can I specify in the form that I would like to enter Croatia then Italy? Should I write a letter explaining the situation?

Hi my name is Lisa I am from the US I'm looking for Mohamad Khankan he is a friend of almost a year I am writing in regards to a warning about him. You see him and I were supposed to be married this summer in the US he supposedly applied for his visa I sent money just recently and was told to come to Lebanon and we were going to work out the details . I spent a year of my life with this man I have met him twice I've been to Lebanon twice to meet him spent two weeks twice talk to him every day sense no I come to Lebanon with no money because I sent our money for we were going to spend the rest of our lives together in Lebanon or someplace that we both could live if he was unable to get his visa to come to the United States. I'm searching for him and I got an email saying he was dead then I got an email saying he lived in Turkey I keep getting all this false information I need help this is a serious situation I am stuck in Lebanon until I find him and he returns what I thought was our money for us I would never send him money to just take off . I am not wealthy I am struggling myself I'm stuck here without finding him I don't know what I will do please help me locate him I know he lives in Beirut he has family members I don't want to put their names on here but if I need to I will. He lives in Salim slam area . I have met his cousins and I know of his sister. Please help me find him I don't understand how somebody could do this to another human being and feel good about themselves I sincerely hope I don't have to take further action because I will thank you again

my passport is valid till 2017
but it is renewed by hand
is it valid to travel or i need to issue a new passport??
