Visa for Italian permanent Residence card and treval document holder.
Dear Sir- Madam
I am a somalian born somalia, received Italian permanent Residence card treval document. Do I need a visa to go to costa rica? How to get a visa? If I have Italian residence cardtreval document (Permanent Soggiorno),
(1)may I fly there directly without obtaining visa prior? and get the visa at the airport. or do i need to obtain visa in Italy prior my travel? in both case what are the conditions i have to fulfill.
