Estimados señores: Mi consulta es la siguiente: mi esposo y yo somos Residentes permanentes, tenemos 13 años de vivir en Costa Rica, se que hay un tramite especial para personas que tienen vinculos con residentes en el caso de hijos menores de 25 años, quisiera saber si se puede hacer tramite de residencia, atravez de este consulado, ya que ellos estudian en Nicaragua pero queremos tramitarles resiencia. Gracias
