Hola Gustavo, ahi radica el problema principalmente, en que ellos no ganan mucho como usted cree. si ganaran mas y tuvieran mas personal, quizaz serian mas atentos, pero con costos ganan para pagar su renta. Por si no lo sabes, CR es el pais que les paga menos a sus diplomaticos en el exterior. Increiblemente, paises como Nicaragua, Ecuador, Haiti, etc pagan mucho mas a sus empleados en el exterior que CR.
Les recomiendo que pongan sus mensajes aqui en espanol, porque en el consulado no hablan ingles. No entiendo porque los ticos ponen mensajes para el consulado en ingles!!

Es increíble que en una ciudad como NY el Consulado Tico sea tan Deficiente,no puedes hablar con alguien en vivo,te contesta una máquina con un montón de opciones,ésta gente gana un dineral por mes y no tienen a nadie que atienda en vivo.Es una verguenza que que los Ticos que vivimos a los alrededores de NY,tengamos que ir hasta Washington,shame on you Costa Rican Embassy !!!
