Property purchase in Costa Rica. Is it safe?
I was shewn this CNN documentary by a friend who just returned from your country. He was looking at property but was then shewn news item so he changed his mind. Does this kind of behaviour occur a lot in Costa Rica? And if one was to buy a property is there no protection against these gangsters who seem to be well connected? Here is the link to the news item.
