hi, i am from Taiwan, as i know american visa is require for entry to Costa Rica.
but there is a new system in the US call "ESTA", the function of itself is like an American Visa, and i don't know if it work the same as in Costa Rica,so my question is that, if i have a ESTA, and i don't have American Visa ,may i enter to Costa Rica?

Hola, i am a retired australian. What are the requirements to get residencia? Should i get an abogado to help me ? Can you recommend one? What is the cost more or less?
