Serían ustedes tan amables de pedirle a alguien que tenga fluidez en el ingles que sea quien diga el mensaje en ingles. Es muy dificil entenderles. Pues como que no tiene caso el comentario ya que segun nota al pie de pagina " questions and comments will not necessarly be seen by its staff". Que lindos mis chiquitos!!!

Its really frustrating that every time I call I get a answering machine. As well you never answer your emails. And can you put your messages in English as well as Spanish? Some people do not speak Spanish or are calling for someone else!
