Question about meeting a representative of the UK in NPT conference
Dear Sir/Madam

Hello, I am Tamaki Sakai, a member of the Nagasaki Youth Delegation 6th from Japan, a group selected and supported by the PCU Nagasaki Council for Nuclear Weapons Abolition (PCU-NC), a consortium of Nagasaki Prefecture, Nagasaki City and Nagasaki University, as an official peace messenger working towards nuclear weapons abolition (please see the attached list of members of the Delegation or more detailed information on our website (http://www.recna.nagasaki-u.ac.jp/recna/pcu-nagasaki-council/nagasaki-youth-delegation)
Besides, all of the group members are designated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japanese government as Youth Communicator for a World without Nuclear Weapons.

On behalf of the Nagasaki Youth Delegation, I am writing to request a possible meeting with a member of your delegation at the upcoming second Preparatory Committee for the 2020 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) held in Geneva from 23 April to 4 May which we will also participate as a non-governmental organization.

We would appreciate it very much if you can give us an opportunity to meet and discuss with members of our Youth Delegation during the NPT prepcom. In particular, we would like to hear your opinions about NPT.
We appreciate your positive response at your earliest convenient time.

Best regards,

Tamaki Sakai
The 6th Nagasaki Youth Delegation

The building is impossible to find . I did not see a Costa Rican flag or a plaque on any building in the rue Butini.
