My name is Amr Saad el Gammal, I am an Egyptian citizen and I am trying to apply for a visa to Costa Rica however we do not have a consulate in Egypt. How can I proceed for the visa application? should I do so in Beirut? I am planning on traveling in March and will need to find a solution asap!
