Legalization
We delivered our docs in person to a Govt. receiving branch today in Qindao city. They will be sent to Beijing Foreign Affairs for "legalizing" and so on. Went much better than expected. They just like you to deliver your things in person.

Police repart
I am an American Teaching in China. I have lived here for seven years. I want to retire in Costa Rica. Will a police report from Shanghai suffice or do I have to get a report from the USA where I formerly resided?
