MY BROTHER INLAW AND SISTER INLAW WERE BORN IN RAROTONGA THEY BOTH HAVE BEEN LIVING IN NZ AND HAVE LOST THERE BIRTH CERT AM I THE INLAW OR MY HUSBAND THERE BROTHER ABLE TO GET THEM ANOTHER ONE AS WE ARE VISITING RAROTONGA IN A WEEKS TIME AND HOW MUCH AND WHAT PAPER WORK DO WE NEED FROM THEM.
