delay of visa
I am so concerned about the delay of visa issuance. By your Embassy please. Winifred applied for a Colombian visa as way back as July this year as a volunteer with the YMCA Prints of Hope Program but to our surprise, till up to date she has NEVER gotten the visa and neither heard from the Embassy concerning her situation. Is this really fair and is it ethical? You told her to re-apply on line the second time which she did you have her Original documents with you her passport, think about this otherwise it is a very BIG disappointment to the public you serve.

How to get a visa
I am a citizen of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) based in Senegal and I am looking for a visa for Colombia to attend an international conference on child protection. There is no Colombia Embassy in Senegal but I checked and there is one in Kenya. Could you please let me know how to process and apply for a visa. Thanks
