No answer to my urgent email m
I am a widowed women with two small kids here in Italy. I am from Colombia and have been here in 10 years. My husband died last year and since then I have been writting to the Colombian embassy in order to get orientation about my rights, with no success. I am very unsatisfied with the lack of commitment that you all have been showing to the people who really and truly need your help. The mayor of Sant Egidio have been negleting my situation. No matter how much I ask them, they have shown not being willing to help me and my two kids.

I find out from a friend that I could have a wages - an economical help until I get a job, but the mayor told me that there is no possibility of helping me. I am wondering what should I do if no one is willing to take my situation. I don't really want to be so rude and I am trying to do things politely before seeking higher force, from which I would be push to acuse the Colombian embassy for not being able to respond to my petition of an urgent help.

This is not a really nice situation for anyone, but I would like you all to help me in what you can. It could be helping me finding a job so that I can raise my children and give them the future they deserve.

Phone office hours- mailbox
In the Colombian consulate website there are some phone office hours in order to get information, ask for documents or just get help. None of this are possible since the "phone office hours from 3 pm to 5 pm" are answered by a mailbox that always repits the same. I was trying to call 2 hours and once was the mailbox answering, once was "busy".
Since they wrote a wrong date in one of my documents, the Italian authorities did not accept my marriage documents..

I am really dissapointed about communication ways of this Consulate.
