Get a duplicate for colombian id or cedula
How fast can a colombian citizen get a duplicate of his id (cedula) going to this consulate between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm M-F? Does my son Juan Manuel Corzo Melo, make an appointment or just show up? He is one hour from Manila right now.
