Their online platform is of no use. I can't make online appointments and no one ever answers the phone. This place is useless and an embarrassment to all Colombians. They should all be fired and hire the right personnel who truly love and represent their country with respect, class, and dignity.
Que Debo hacer para renovarlo( el pasaporte,estan trabajando o de vacaciones, estan cerrado al publico,se Purdue hacer por Correo , que tengo que hacer ,alguien me puede informar,y que hay de los precious,cuanto se demoran los trámites,Vivo en Las Vegas,si alguien me puede informar o decir se los voy agradecer porque el teléfono en el website no sirve,ojalá Dios me ayude porque del consulado espero poco,gracias.

I would like to know the status of my new passport. I applied on 09/09/16 but so far I have not received any information from your office. I was told that the passport will be ready in 10 days. It is imperative that I receive the passport soon because I have to travel to Colombia next month.
