I am mechanical engineer from Erbil city in north of iraq, I want to getting Colombia tourist visa .but as there is no Colombia embassy in Iraq. Can you please let me know if it is possible to get the visa from colombian embassy in turkey and if so what are the necessary documents and time for having the visa issued.

En asosciacion de una persona de Iran, tengo un Restaurante de Comida Rapida Persa en el sector de galerias, en Bogota. Con mi socio Irani deseamos invitar a un Sobrino de mi socio que es CHef con certificacion. Quiero invitarlo a Colombia para que nos asesore en el Restaurante.
Como hacemos para que pueda venir a Colombia? Que papeles o tramites debemos cumplir? Podemos enviar los papeles a la Embajada de Turquia en Colombia? Si no se puede, como enviamos los papeles o la invitacion a nuestro amigo?

I am a Kuwaiti and I am thinking to visit Colombia as a part of my world tour, I did my research in the internet about Colombian visa and I couldn't find any helpful site to guide me to do so, moreover, there is no Colombian Embassy in Kuwait city, as a result, could you please help and direct me with the right information how I could apply for it ?! even if I have to travel to neighboring countries to apply for my visa from there.

I'm Dr. Siraj Uddin from Indian nation working as a Senior Lecturer in University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Sir, I have got scholarship to attend CIMPA school which will be held on July 4-22, 2011 in Villa de Leyva, Colombia. Sir, actually I got letter when I left Kualalumpur on June 8, 2011 as Abant Izzet Baysal University invited me to collaborate research here in Bolu, Turkey. Now a days I'm in Bolu. Sir, I I'm younger researcher and this school is very important for my career as I got the scholarship to attend it. I have one month visa of turkey, I want to apply the visa from your office to Colombia as it's difficult to go first in Malaysia and then come back because of short time. If I got the visa from your office then I will be attend it and will leave Istanbul on 2 July. My turkish visa is valid until 18-08-2011. Please help me in this regards.
