I am a 67 year old U. S. citizen, retired male. I would like to know the procedures for retiring to Colombia including the required documentation. Also please advise the requirements for a Business Visa.

Acabo de enviar un mensaje parecido a la Embajada de Colombia en DC debido a que por mas de dos anos nadie del consulado de Houston responde mis llamadas telefonicas- ni el telefono- ni mis e-mail.
Por ahora necesito saber que hacer para cambiar mi cedula de C. por la nueva.
