Dear Sir, thank you for the student visa given me to acquire my first degree. It allowed me to spent five years learning Chinese language, culture, economics and trade. I have been back in Liberia working with china harbour for a year now. with my knowledge in Chinese language and culture, I would like to go back to china to do my masters in international law I appeal that your embassy assist me in achieving this goal as there is a need for a Liberian who knows the Chinese language and culture to assist the Chinese in Liberia legally. Thank you for all the assistance you have rendered our country.
Best Regards,
Daryl Que Vincent
