FAILURE TO GET FEED BACK FROM THE EMBASSY
Good afternoon Sir / Madam,

I send you greetings from St John Paul II Orthopaedic Mission Hospital. My name is Francis Soko, am the Projects Manager at the hospital.

I have written some emails to the embassy to seek to have an appointment with the Ambassador or any official who is responsible for social corporate responsibility.

I brought a letter for the attention of the Ambassador who left but up to now we have no feed back yet. I wrote an email to follow up but still no response. I have come physically to make an appointment but to no success.

Could you kindly advise me on how I can get contact with you and subsequently arrange to see the officer in-charge of social corporate responsibility.
