I have been to reach the Chinese embassy in Uganda so that i can get an agency number to enable me go ahead with the application for the Chinese Government Scholarship. However, my efforts are in vain. The phone calls are going through but no one is answering.
I am a clinical officer but with passion of doing a bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery but have not support to pursue it.
I there for come to request for any kind of help that may be available. I am ready to sign a contract to go serve upcountry if it's what it takes but have the offer.
