I'm kindly requesting the Chinese embassy [Uganda] for a study sponsorship in a suitable engineering university in the Republic of China. Am currently a student at Uganda military engineering college lugaazi, offering a national diploma in electrical engineering. I see China as a potential base for any engineer at world class, from the thick out put of the products. I also have a dream of working in China thereafter as it has always bee my dream.

i have writen wit alot of pain and anger towards the chinese and your @large because when u guys come here in uganda we give everything posibly good .u sell here the most fake goods , ur foodstufs are poisonous and harmful, u milk us but u give back noting to us because u have not taken any care to our people in ur country just to jailed them is ur best solution yet here u ask to be purdoned. wats so sad is that u cant even give ugandans medicine only to let them die ! iknow one ugandan nw whom u have denied ARV,S. shame up on u CHINA!
