Currently there are hundreds of Chinese establishing commercial and industrial investments in Tanzania, whereas there is a large number of Tanzanians now travelling to China on business, education or leissure missions. They both face language problems in there communication with their local counterparts. We need a Chinese partner to establish a Chinese languge course in our college in Tanzania.
