Dear Sir,
Power Energy and technology (PET) are developers working in various countries in the Middle East.
Currently we have a project in Basra at an average cost of 200 Million USD. It is a steel mill and a power plant. We are dealing with Sinosure “Chinese export Agent” and they require a letter from the Chinese Embassy in Iraq stating that this project is viable and the area where the factory to be implemented is safe.
We request you to help us in obtaining this letter to proceed with our project. The EPC contractors for this project are XD Group and it is their job to get this letter from you. They are currently finalising the details of their technical offer with our company.
Kindly help us move forward. We are ready to come to Baghdad and present the project details if needed.
Until I hear from you
Best regards
Azmi A. Kawas
General Manager / Vice president
Dears...I am Iraqi citizen living in Erbil province, my question is if I can get visa from Erbil? Or only visas issued in Baghdad? Also how long it takes to issue a visa? And do u have to attend personally?
Many thanks...
