I require that a Madagascan death certificate is apostiled/authenticated/legalised by the Chinese embassy/consulate services in Madagascar for the Hong Kong judiciary.
I have been trying for 6 weeks to make contact and find the process I need to follow and how to pay, but the email address do not work, the fax numbers do not work and the telephone is always an answer machine.
