tourist visa application
To whom it may concern,

I will be travelling to the US from the Philippines, my home country, next month for 5 months. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to apply for my tourist visa there in the US because I plan to visit chile straight after my trip from the US. Please let me know what my options are for my tourist visa application, as to where I could apply and what the process is like.

Thank you for your time Nd I hope to hear back from you soon.

Sincerely,
Franc Perez

University Credentials
Hola, my name is Richard and I am moving to Chile to reunite with my wife of eight years who is Chilean and recently returned to Chile and is currently residing in Santiago.
I am a graduate of college and wish to have my credentials recognized before traveling there at the summer's end.
How do I go about doing this?
Sincerely,
Richard P. Belcher Jr.

Reciprocity Fee(s)
Two questions that I would like answered:

It is unclear whether or not an American citizen still needs to pay $131 or $160 or nothing at all for a Reciprocity Fee to visit Chile. Some information online seems to indicate that that fee has been abolished. What is the accurate information about this issue? This December, we are landing at Santiago and boarding a cruise ship immediately.

Also, does a citizen of Japan, with an American green card, have to pay a Reciprocity Fee to visit Chile. (This would be the same cruise ship situation.)

Thanks.

Visa Temporario
I currently live in Santiago Chile and want to change my visa from contract to temporario status. What documents do I need and can I get this accomplished at the Chilean Embassy in California? I will be in the United States for 20 days and then return to Santiago Chile for the next year of work.

Is this the address I send an authorization form for travel of a minor to and from chile to get legalized? It was notarized in Oregon and apostilled by the secretary of state from oregon.
