Can a Philippina make her tourist visa for Chile in Rio De Janeiro?
Dear Sirs and Madams

I am a danish national inviting my fiance Annie Rose Sarita from Phillipines to Brazil, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile and Antarctis.
She lives near Davao far from the embassies in Manila where she know no one.
It would therefor be much more convenient for us to apply for her visas in Rio where there is no visa requirement.
Could you kindly inform me if that is possible and about how long it will take and cost there.
Can we apply for the tourist visa online - and if so at what link?
There is no info about the later on your embassy website in Manila.
we have searched a week for an answer to these questions -at embassies and Google - but in vain.
Thank you very much.
