Nephew seeks visa.
My nephew, Elijah Peixoto would like a visa to visit Cape Verde with his boxing team. He is my late brother's grandson. He lives in Providence,R.I. and is about 20 years old. My father's name was Charles Fonce Babbitt and born in Brava in 1903. He died in Wareham, Ma. in 1964. All of my ancestors were born in Fogo and Brava. My mother Josephine was born in Wareham in 1919, she died in Sacramento, Ca. in 2010.

Elijah wants me to help him because I know the history of the family. My birth certificate states that I was born in Providence, R.I. on December 12, 1942. It also states that my father was born in the Cape Verde Islands. I would like to help this good young man visit the "Old Country". What should I do to accomplish this? I have an older sister who lives in Providence. She has many photos of the family and may provide me additional proof if needed.

Tiny Lopes may be a person you are familiar with. Tiny lives in Onset, Ma. and know my family and could vouch for Elijah. My phone number is 916-224-1720.. billbabbi2t@aol.com. I live in Elk Grove,Ca.Thank You.
