We wish to let you know that, we are unable to continue with the processing of your visa and work permit document. This is because we need to confirm your medical status before we can proceed with the processing of the documents. We need a medical certificate of fitness from you signed and approved by the Cameroon Ministry of public health before we can issue you a work visa, work permit and residence permit to stay and work in Cameroon.
This comprehensive medical evaluation includes a full medical history and a head-to-toe physical assessment which involve a chest x-ray, blood tests, urine drug screen, alcohol breath test, audiometry (hearing test), spirometry (lung test), manual handling assessment, fitness test, MRI and/or ECG.
As we said, the medical evaluation (check-up) is performed only by qualified individuals from the Cameroon Ministry of Public Health, and results are reviewed by a physician team, assuring quality and consistency. The physician determines fitness for duty, recommends additional assessments when they are needed, and advises on follow-up interventions if required. Since you are not in Cameroon presently, It will be practically impossible for you to undergo this Medical Fitness Evaluations in other to obtain the required medical certificate of fitness.
NOTE: We can carry on with the processing of the Visa and work documents, but you will have to pay a Refundable Medical Caution Fee (RMCF) of $785. This fee is a 100% refundable fee which will be refunded back to you in cash as soon as you get to Cameroon and undergo the medical checkups.
As soon as we confirm the payment of the Refundable Medical Caution Fee (RMCF) we will immediately proceed with the processing of your documents. These documents will take us a maximum of 3 working days to process them. Once the documents are processed, We will send the hard copies to you through our official courier service or Transglobal Delivery.
