I had a invitation to canada for aug 16-21 in montreal quebec and are apply for visitor visa in phillipine throught the visa application centre in nadaemum build in seoul,to my almost surprise the office didn't send my document but,instead took their time to write on a flying sheet telling me I was denied by the immigration officer. I still have my document that are submitted n will subsequently displayed it for ur view. my question is itbecause am black or what? for now am disappointed in the process n done thing is working for black if it exist thank.+821021539771/locally is 01021539771.
