why no action
Is this website seen by the Canadian embassy or the Ecuadorian embassy? This is sad because this scam has been going on for months with the same email and same address and same people involved yet no one is investigating it. It is a shame!

Does anyone know where to report such scams? I mean which agencies to contact that will respond since nothing is really being done.

I haven't been scammed but I know people who have been scammed by this same individual.

I've been scamed
I sent my passport about 7 months ago and nothing happened. This person took my money and has my passport. I really feel played. I am warning everyone never to send their passports to anyone they don't know, especially those who say that they can get you a visa to places like Canada or America, or Britain etc without yr presence at the embassy. This is a big scam that needs to be stopped.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SCAM. IT'S BEEN 7 MONTHS SINCE THEY ASKED ME FOR MONEY AND TOOK MY PASSPORT. I DON'T HAVE A PASSPORT NOW. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID. I haven't yet reported to the Canadian embassy or my government. I am worried about reporting to my government. Please do not harm yourself by rushing to make decisions without seeking information and making Shura and praying istikhara. I didn't tell my family about my plans. I thought I was being smart and wanted to surprise them. Don't be fooled. Why is the same trick being done with the same names and the country isn't doing anything about it? This happened to me 7 months ago and it's that same people and address.

This is to remind readers that Whiteley Norris is not a fraud or scam,She works at outlet office of us and the accusers here either been mischievous or out of blackmailing some or what may be unknown to us.......thanks..

She or He use to hook people from tagged and then ask for passport to make money... If you send the money to her/him then report to canadian embassy and canadian police...

From dating site tagged 1 profile named whiteley Norris told me while chatting that she is from Canada and works in Canadian consulate in Ecuador as health supervisor. And asked me to communicate through email id downer.mitch@hotmail.com
Where she told me to send original passport to her at below mentioned address :-

ADDRESS: OE5K SOZORANGA S19-307 S20A CHANTILLIN LA GATAZO, QUITO ECUADOR,SOUTH AMERICA.

Same address and person name and contact no which one of the their earlier victim mentioned in his comments above here.

When I searched the net by above mentioned address I reached at this particular page and read all the details and got to know that all the communication was false and only fraud oriented. So I emailed them back with screen shot of this webpage and confronted them.
No email reply till date been received from their side..

Hi dearest how are you I was send 17 Iraq national passports to Canadian consulate in Quito but the person I contacted always need more money. She is not send back our passports. May I know where our passports ? Still in embassy or not
