I AM BASHIR HASAN ISMAIL. i live in south africa eastern cape espacially uitenhage.i am somali refugee who flee from my home bacause of the civil war. i have been once been interviewed by unchr in port elizebeth.
recentally lot of bad luck have been on my side. two shops that i have worked was attacked by robbery .i was severly beaten . i have prove for all this incidents .one of the spaza shops was looted.
i was unemployed for two weeks but the most tragic thing happened to me on 22/04/2013. i was at uitenhage it was quite day. while i was walking towards my house a car speeding stoped right next to me .one guy got out and pointed gun in my head and told me to get in the car .there total of 4 guys . they took me to the outskirt of uitenahge and rob me of eveything i had. police case number(395/4/2013) please help . i fear for my life .
life is extremely difficult .i have no support of relatives here in south africa
i want resettlement form canada goverment. i am suffering too much in south africa country
please assist me in my protection. i would highly be grateful i don't have legal documents i don't have any basic live needs i don't have any safety please help mee come to my resque please take to third country please help mee if you are embassy canada
There should be a person on the other end of the line who is able to help the person applying for a visa. When I called in the lady told me she is not allowed to answer my questions and cut the call. All other visa offices which I have dealt with, including USA in South Africa have been extremely helpful unlike this Canadian High Commission. Also, some cases are time sensitive, this is the obvious, perhaps try to reply to emails timeously if you are not going to have a call centre. Ant perhaps reply relating to the question and not some irrelevant information.
