I need advice
My intention had been to leave the country in March but I got a DUI to the slightest degree in February and I have been going through the process that the law requires me to comply with down here. I ended up having a coronary event on April 28 when I spent my 12 hours in the famous Phoenix jail. I have been sick ever since and had EKG results showing blockage. I see cardiologist on Monday. I spend my winters here with a great Dane a Malamute and four cats and I drive down here. I am here longer than I should be over 180days .I know I will be air ambulance to Canada by insurance, I am terrified they will not allow me to come back and get my car and my pets, this is killing me I don't know what to do. I might die if I cannot come back and get my pets and my car and my clothes and my things . I own a home here as well as in Canada, I am a Canadian resident. Please help.

my husband
my husband is being held for being in the u.s. for too long a period of time from Canada. He is in the Eloy Jail in Arizona. He has not seen a judge and does not know anything about what is going to happen to him. I am very ill, waiting to see neurosurgeon on May 25th and also need eye surgery scheduled for june 10th. I cannot do the long drive to Canada without him. Where can I get information as to what is going to happen.

Criminal Check from Canada
I am a Canadian citizen, applying for a Visa (Green Card) to permanently reside in the U.S., in order to help my daughter. The National Visa Centre requires a Criminal Check from Canada, and I was told you could help me request it. Do I need an appointment to speak with someone at the Consulate, or can I just walk in?? Thank you.
