Information of Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW)
There are 2 type categories for working in Canada, TFW & FSW Defined as follows:-
TFW(Temporary Foreign Worker)
FSW(Federal Skilled Worker)

4 Years Visa for TFW then exit Permanent & Immigration after 2 years
No IELTS IELTS Required 6.5 each module (overall 7.0)
All FSW can come under TFW TFW can’t come under FSW
Eligible for immigration after 2 years Direct immigration
Wages: $10 to $60 per hr Wages: $10 to $60 per hr
Over Time: $20 to $40 per Hr Over Time: $20 to $40 per Hr
Allowance: Accommodation No Allowance

Part1
Skype interview by Canadian company (Labour Contractor, Ministry of Labour) who is going to hire you.
You will be working under there payroll for 4 years or till you get the permanent Immigration.
The interview based on the eligibility assessment for immigration & Citizenship –Canada directly and you will get the CIC code on successful assessment from the immigration & Citizenship –Canada directly within 24 hr’s.
Note: The CIC Code will be Expire in 2 months, before the code expires need to make the final submission towards TFW application which requires 45 days.
You have to decide in a week or Max 10 days to start the process from the date you get the CIC code.
Part2
ICAS(International Credential Assessment Services, Canada)
You will get the ICAS code (can verify the status online) – 1st Week
Your Documents (Original) sent to ICAS office, Canada for the assessment of your credentials -2nd Weeks
Your ICAS Assessment Report will take 6 to 8 weeks process from the date ICAS office received your Documents in Original.
Start finding the relevant JOB for you by 3rd week.
Sign the Job Contract and file the LMO 6th Week. (LMO-Labour Market Opinion).

• AAIT (Alberta Advanced Industrial Technology)
• Once we process the application and drop into Embassy, AAIT will verify every document (educational certificates, experience ECT.
• On positive Alberta report Government of Canada will issue LMO (LABOUR MARKET OPINION)
Canadian Government approved Verification Department.
• LMO is nothing but it’s a pre approved visa from Canadian Government
• After getting LMO the chances of getting the visa is 90%.

Final submission will take place in 13th week (TFW Application).
