Hello Premnath,
Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately the documents you have attached are fraudulent. If you provide payment to this person, or have already done so, then your money will be lost sadly.
This is a common fraud-scheme circulating on the Internet, in which scammers impersonate US or Canadian lawyers, companies, and government officials.
In this case they are trying to impersonate the well known construction company Taggart Construction. But in reality they have nothing to do with the real Taggart construction company.
I am sorry, Premnath, that you have had this negative experience on the Internet.
However, please keep in mind that those involved in this fraud appear to be living outside of Canada, and they do not represent the true spirit of Canada.
Also, note: now that they have your email address, they will likely periodically try to send you new scam-emails in the future. Thus you may wish to consider changing your email address.
An email-strategy that I like to recommend to people, is that they have one email address which they ONLY use for trusted friends and family, and then a second email address that they use more publicly, when applying for jobs on the Internet, or filling out forms on the Internet.
This way, if the public email address is targetted by scammers, then you won't have to worry as much about changing your email address again with all your friends and family.
So in conclusion: I strongly urge you to cease contact with these scammers, and do not pay them any of your hard earned money, otherwise your money will simply be lost.
Sincerely,
